At Secret Make-Up UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized Royal Mail or courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
